WHAT YOU LEARN

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Dim Sum – Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) and PotStickers (饺子).

  • Preparing and kneading the skin of Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).

  • Preparing, cutting, seasonings the filling ingredients for Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).

  • Learn to wrap Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).

  • Steam the Xiao Long Bao (小笼包).

  • Cook and fry the PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).

  • Prefer to consume both Dim Sum in class while it still hot.  Serve with vinegar and ginger.
