Traditional Baked Mooncakes Making Class

Chinese food eaten during the Mid-Autumn Festival.  Traditional baked mooncake has a tender pastry skin enveloping a sweet, dense filling.  It  may contain one or more whole salted egg yolks in the center as the symbol of the full moon.

Duration: Total approx 2 hours



Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Traditional Baked Mooncakes.  100% hand-made.

  • Prepare and knead the skin of the traditional baked mooncakes
  • Prepare rounding the fillings of the mooncakes
  • Wrap and mould the traditional baked mooncakes
  • Bake and Bring home the mooncakes made in class.
