Snowskin Mooncakes Making Class (Basic)
Snowskin mooncakes – a modern take on the classic mooncake. They are a non-baked mooncake and are typically white and are served cold, which is why they are named “snow skin”. An alternative to traditional mooncakes, they consist of a tender, slightly chewy skin.
Premium Ingredients, say NO to pre-mix flour, say NO to trans-fat.
Duration: Total approx 2 hours.
WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making non-baked chilled mooncakes. No premix flour is used, and is 100% hand-made.
- Prepare and knead the skin of the mooncakes
- Prepare rounding the fillings of the mooncakes
- Wrap and mould the snowskin mooncakes
- Bring home the mooncakes made in class.

- $90 per participant
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
