Chicago Cheesecake
Chicago Cheese cake – a baked cheesecake that is relatively fluffier in its texture compared to several other types of cheesecakes. It consists of a super soft, moist, and creamy filling texture on the inside and is slightly firm from the outside.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a fluffy and moist Chicago Cheese cake with cookies base.
- Prepare and freshly bake cookies for the base of the cheesecake
- Prepare the Chicago Cheesecake batter
- Bake Chicago Cheesecake and understanding the technique and temperature control
- Know the different between New York Cheescake vs Chicago Cheesecake. (Recipe of New York cheesecake will be provided for you to try at home)
- Bring home the Chicago Cheesecake made in class
COURSE FEE
- $120 per participant
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
