- Session 1: Coldset refreshing Non-bake blueberry Cheesecake
- Session 2: Chicago Baked Cheesecakes with in-house made cookies base
- Session 3: Japanese Cotton Cheesecake
- Session 4: Tiramisu with in-house baked Sponge Lady Fingers

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
