Baking Session


Suitable for beginners, Cakes Baking Foundation course is to build up your knowledge, skills and technique in making various type of cakes, understanding the theory and ingredients used in cake making process.  Modify your own cake recipe instead of relying on recipe.  In the 4 sessions Cake Baking Foundation Course, you will be making Chiffon cakes, Hokkaido Cakes, Fresh Cream Cake, Airy Butter Cake, Traditional Pound Cake, Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting, and Fruity Swiss Roll.  Bring home the cakes made by you in class and share with family and friends.


Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making different cakes.

  • Session 1: Lemon Yogurt and Pandan Chiffon Cake, Hokkaido Cake.
  • Session 2: Black Forest Cake or Strawberry Cake.
  • Session 3: Butter Marble Cake, Cupcakes and Cream Cheese Frosting.
  • Session 4: Fruity Swiss Roll.



  • $400 per participant
  • Individual station.  No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
  • Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
  • You can request for your preferred date and time with minimum 2 pax if our published schedule does not meet your requirement.
