Find a cheesecake recipe for every occasion. Learn different kinds of Cheese Cakes, choose to bake for your loves, family and friends.
- Individual hands-on to ensure you understand all the procedures.
- Small Class Size, kept at maximum 8 pax.
- No washing of tools and equipment during and after class. No wastage of time – duration fully occupied with baking & learning.
- Include recipe, ingredients, apron and packaging. Bring your own pen to write down more notes if required.
- No Assessment required after the course.
- Not under SkillsFuture Credits scheme.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in cheesecakes baking course
- Session 1: Coldset refreshing Non-bake blueberry Cheesecake, 3 hours
- Session 2: Chicago Baked Cheesecakes with in-house made cookies base. 2.5 hours
- Session 3: Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, 2.5 hours
- Session 4: Tiramisu with in-house baked Sponge Lady Fingers, 4 hours

- $400 per participant
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
