XiaoLongBao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴) are kind of Chinese dumplings, commonly eaten in China and other parts of East Asia. They are one of the major foods eaten during the Chinese New Year and year-round in the northern provinces.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Dim Sum – XiaoLongBao (小笼包) and PotStickers (饺子).
- Preparing and kneading the skin of XiaoLongBao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).
- Preparing, cutting, seasonings the filling ingredients for Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).
- Learn to wrap Xiao Long Bao (小笼包) and PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).
- Steam the Xiao Long Bao (小笼包).
- Cook and fry the PotStickers | Gyoza (锅贴).
- Prefer to consume both Dim Sum in class while it still hot. Serve with vinegar and ginger.
