Tiramisu in Tub, with freshly baked Sponge Lady Fingers.
Another name for “pick me up” or “cheer me up” is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.
Duration: Approx 3 hours
WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making refreshing Cheesecake – Tiramisu in tub, with freshly bake Sponge Fingers
- Prepare, pipe and freshly bake the Sponge Fingers
- Prepare the Tiramisu batter
- Assemble the Tiramisu in dessert cups, with coffee syrup, coffee powder, cocoa shave, cocoa powder and berries
- Bring home the Tiramisu in dessert cups made in class
COURSE FEE
- $140 per participant
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
