Duration: Approx 3 hours

WHAT YOU LEARN

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making refreshing Coldset Non-bake Cheesecake with Chocolate Almond cookies base and jelly topping.

  • Prepare and freshly bake Chocolate Almond cookies for the base of the cheesecake.
  • Prepare the coldset  cheesecake batter.
  • Cook the topping jelly layer.
  • Assembly of the cheesecake and take note the DON’T during assembly and retrieving the cake out.
  • Bring home the Coldset Non-bake Cheesecake made in class.

Choice of Mango, Blueberry OR OREO.

 

COURSE FEE

  • $100 per participant
  • Individual station.  No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
  • Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
