Pattern Swiss Roll (Baked Version), Choice of Chocolate or Vanilla Roll.
With given template, individual is going to pipe and draw out the pattern, cover with the batter and bake.
Duration: Approx 3 tp 4 hours
WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Cartoon on a Swiss Roll.
- Whisk up the sponge batter , Moist and Soft.
- Learn the skills and tips in drawing pattern or cartoon on a swiss roll.
- Prepare whipping cream
- Roll your own swiss roll
- Bring home the designed swiss roll made by yourself in class.

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
