Pandan Chiffon & Orange Chiffon Cakes hands-on baking class. Individual station. Small Class Size.
A light, fluffy, green-coloured sponge cake flavoured with the juices of Pandanus amaryllifolius leaves, known as pandan chiffon. The distinct ingredient is the use of pandan leaf, which give the cake its distinct green colouration. It sometimes contains green food colouring to further enhance its colouration.
Duration: Approx 2 to 2.5 hours
