WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Sponge Cake. Assembly and decorate the cake. Small Class Size. Individual hands on.
- Mix and Bake a Sponge Cake
- Prepare Frosting.
- Assembly and Decorate cake.
- Bring home decorated fresh cream cake and share with friends or family members.
COURSE SCHEDULE & COURSE FEE
- Minimum 2 pax to request us to open a class @ $90 – $250 per participant.
- One to one coaching with additional $100.
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
- You can request for your preferred date and time with minimum 2 pax if our published schedule does not meet your requirement.
- One to One coaching at double rate.
