Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a flaky pastry crust using Chinese kneading method;  Cooking of the eggs fillings for the famous Hong Kong flaky Egg Tarts and they are usually served in Chinese Dim Sum Restaurant.

  • Make your own chinese style pastry crust for the shells of the Hong Kong Flaky Egg Tart.
  • Knead and Shape the crust pastry and bake
  • Prepare  the egg tarts fillings
  • Assembly of the crust shells and egg tarts fillings
  • Adjustment of oven temperature to ensure it does not overcooked
  • Bring home the Hong Kong Flaky Egg Tarts made in class.



  • $80 per participant
  • Individual station.  No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
