WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Hokkaido Milk Loaf Bread using Yudane Method.
- Understanding the concept of Resting, Knocking, Shaping, Proofing and Baking
- Learn how to make the Yudane dough from scratch and how to handle it.
- Knead your own breads, individual station.
- Shape the loaf and place in the mould for final fermentation and bake.
- Bring home the bread made in class
