Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making 2 types of Loaf Bread using 2 different types – Tangzhong and Yudane Method.
- Cooked Dough (Tangzhong and Yudane Dough), making
- Wool Roll Bread using Tangzhong dough with savoury garlic, herbs and cheese.
- Hokkaido Milk Loaf using Yudane dough
- Understanding the concept of Resting, Knocking, Shaping, Proofing and Baking
- Learn how to make the cooked dough from scratch and how to maintain it
- Know the different between Tangzhong and Yudane dough
- Knead your own breads, individual station
- Prepare the savoury fillings for Wool Roll Bread
- Learn to shape the loaf and Wool Roll bread
- Bring home both breads made in class

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
