Eggless Fruity Sponge Cake with frosting
Eggless sponge cake – Hands-on baking and decorating with frosting and fruits.
In class, we are using dairy milk (cow milk). For Vegan cake, you can replace to plant base milk when making it at home.
Duration: Approx 4 hours.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making eggless sponge cake – soft and moist layers cake with light refreshing frosting.
- Understanding the basic knowledge, ingredients, tools / equipment use and the technique in making an eggless soft and moist sponge cake.
- Prepare the sponge cake batter without using any cake emusilfier.
- Prepare fruits and frosting.
- Assembly and decorate your own fruity cake.
- Bring home the cake made in class.
