Curry Puff – A curry puff is a deep-fried or baked, semi-circular pastry filled with curried fillings.
This version will be a flaky light pastry made from a laminated dough composed of dough and butter or other solid fat. Asian version of making layers and spiral puff.
Duration: Total approx 3 hours

- Prepare and cook curry Potato with Eggs.
- Bring home the Puff made in class and share with friends and family.
