WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making shortbread or a butter cookies. In class, you are going to hands-on creating the batter with Cranberries and white chocolate added in for the flavours and crunchiness.
Individual station, no sharing with other participants to ensure you got the feel of making your own cookies.
You will be
- using creaming method to make the shortbread dough.
- Added in with Cranberries and White Chocolate, shape and bake the cookies.
- Bring home the lovely cranberries white chocolate cookies made in class.
COURSE FEE

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
