Healthier Fruit Cakes
Healthier Fruit Cakes using Orange and Lemon peels, cranberries and walnuts. Softer texture compared to the traditional Fruit Cake. In class, you will be baking two types of healthier fruit cakes, with 2 different methods.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a healthier Fruit Cakes, with fruits peels, berries, walnuts. Softer texture and less sweet cake compared to the traditional fruit cake.
- Making 2 types of fruit cakes with 2 different methods
- Understanding the do and don’t for All-in-One method and Creaming methods
- Knowing how to modify the recipe to customise the cake.
- Bring home two loaves of cake and share with your family and friends.

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
