Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Steamed Bun. 100% hand-made. Small Class Size.
- Prepare and Knead two different types of dough and making 2 different fillings.
- Understand the time in kneading, wrapping and resting time before steaming.
- In class, freshly make 2 types of Filling.
- Steam and Bring home both hand-made Steamed Buns made in class.
COURSE FEE
- $150 per participant.
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
- You can request for your preferred date and time with minimum 2 pax if our published schedule does not meet your requirement.
