Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Steamed Bun. 100% hand-made.  Small Class Size.

  • Prepare and Knead two different types of dough and making 2 different fillings.
  • Understand the time in kneading, wrapping and resting time before steaming.
  • In class, freshly make 2 types of Filling.
  • Steam and Bring home both hand-made Steamed Buns made in class.

  • Individual station.  No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
  • Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
