Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making 2 types of Bread with 2 different types – Poolish and Yudane Method.
- Understanding the concept of Resting, Knocking, Shaping, Proofing and Baking.
- Learn how to prepare Poolish starter and Yudane dough.
- Know the different between Poolish starter and Yudane dough.
- Knead your own breads, individual station.
- Learn to shape the Shio Pan and Hokkaido loaf bread.
- Bring home both types of bread made in class.

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
