Description
Bread Making – Bagel Donut
Bagel Donut – dough in between of a Bagel and a Donut.
A bagel is a bread roll originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. Bagels are traditionally made from yeasted wheat dough that is shaped by hand into a torus or ring, briefly boiled in water, and then baked.
And what is Donut? Donut is a sweet fried dough with softer texture.
Bagel Donut is a bread in between of Bagel and Donut, and the texture is slightly denser, chewy than donut, with roughy interior with a browned & crisp exterior. If you love donut and find it too soft, you will love Bagel Donut.
