WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a Pandan Sponge Cake and Kaya Frosting. Prepare the cake, kaya and assembly the cake.
- Prepare and bake a Pandan Sponge Cake
- Prepare and cook the Pandan kaya
- Cake assembly
- Bring home the decorated cake made in class

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
