It is often referred to as Chinese steamed bun, a white and soft type of plain steamed bread or bun popular in Northern China. To make it more interesting, the modern bun become more creative with cute characters design.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Chinese Steamed Bun馒头. 100% hand-made using natural colouring extracted from food.
- Prepare and knead the steamed bun dough.
- Understanding the time to knead and the resting time before steaming.
- Learn and hands-on kneading the Steamed Bun to different shape and create basic cartoon
- Steamed Bun will come with fillings such as Red Bean.
- Steam and Bring home the Steamed Bun ManTou 馒头 made in class.
COURSE FEE
- $150 per participant.
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
