Kueh Lepat Pisang – a traditional Malaysian kueh, also known as Steam Banana Parcels Cake. Main ingredients from Rice Flour and Bananas, and the banana leaves to wrap the kueh.
Duration: Total approx 2.5 hours.

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making the Kueh Lepat Pisang. Small class size. Individual Hands-on.

- Understanding the change of different flours for different texture.
- Wrap Kueh Lepat Pisang with Banana leaves, and steam!
