Kueh Lapis layered cake.
Lapis legit or Indonesian thousand layers cake is a must for special celebrations such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, or Eid. The cake is made of flour and yolk and is rich in butter . It requires patience and is a very labour-intensive process. But trust me, you will feel fulfillment and satisfaction when you see the final cake freshly baked and out from oven.
