Kueh Dadar Making Class
Kueh dadar is a Southeast Asian snack with a vibrant color. These mini, rolled coconut and pandan crepes are filled with more sweetened coconut, for a tasty sweet treat! It is a popular dessert among the Peranakans (Nyonya) found in Singapore and Malaysia
Duration: Total approx 2 to 2.5 hours.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Kueh Dadar. Small class size. Individual Hands-on.
- Cooking the grated White coconut with Gula Melaka / Gula Jawa.
- Mixing ingredients for the crepe and cook individual layer.
- Wrapping of Kueh Dadar.
- Bring home the Nonya snack and share with family / friends.

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
