WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making 2 traditional childhood delicious kueh – 9 layers steamed lapis and Ondeh Ondeh with Gula Melaka.
- Healthier reduce sugar version for both kueh.
- Steam individual layers for lapis, made with love.
- Added sweet potato for Ondeh Ondeh, wrapped with Gula Melaka, coat with coconut.
- Bring home both kueh and share with family members.

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
