WHAT YOU LEARN

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a short crust pastry and cooking of the eggs fillings for the delicious Hong Kong Crispy Egg Tarts.

  • Make your own pastry crust for the shells of the Hong Kong egg tart.

  • Knead and Shape the short crust pastry and bake

  • Prepare  the egg tarts fillings

  • Assembly of the crust shells and egg tarts fillings

  • Adjustment of oven temperature to ensure it does not overcooked

  • Bring home the Hong Kong Egg Tarts made in class.
