Gingerbread House Baking & Making Class
Baking and Building a Gingerbread House.
Novelty confectionery shaped like a building that is made of cookie dough, cut and baked into appropriate components like walls and roofing. These houses will be covered with a variety of candies and icing and are popular for Christmas decorations.
Duration: Approx 3 hours
WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making these cookies, creating the template of the house, building up the house and finally decorating the home.
- Making your own Gingerbread cookies dough.
- Cutting and baking Gingerbread cookies dough
- Build your house and Decorate it!
- Bring home the Gingerbread House made in class.
COURSE FEE
- $120 per participant
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
- You can request for your preferred date and time with minimum 2 pax if our published schedule does not meet your requirement.
