WHAT YOU LEARN

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making cafe style Cheese Cake batter and Assembly. Small Class Size. Individual hands on.

Depend on the type of cheese cake selected, you will

Mix and Bake a Cheese Cake batter (Chicago or New York Cheese Cake),
Cookies dough for the base of the cake for a non-bake cheese cake (Cold-Set Cheese Cake),
Sponge fingers and Cheese batter (Tiramisu),
Cheese Cake Sponge batter (Japanese Cotton Cheese Cake),
Refreshing non cheese Mousse Cake (White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Fruity Mousse Cake)
Bring home Cafe Style Cheese Cake and share with friends or family members.

COURSE SCHEDULE & COURSE FEE

Minimum 2 pax to request us to open a class @ $90 – $180 per participant.
One to one coaching with additional $100.
Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
You can request for your preferred date and time with minimum 2 pax if our published schedule does not meet your requirement.
One to One coaching at double rate.
