Artisan Bread : Using Straight Dough method, make and bring home a loaf of Walnut Cranberry Bread OR a loaf of Wholegrain Bread.
Duration: Total approx 3.5 – 4 hours
WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Walnut Cranberry Artisan Bread using Straight Dough Method.
In class individual station, no sharing with other participants to ensure you got the feel of making your own bread dough. Get to knead the bread, learn to check “Window Pane”, how long to rest the dough and when can you knock down the dough. Get to know the rounding and shaping technique, and score your own Bread before baking. Also understanding the important of “Steaming” inside the oven.

- Understanding the concept of Resting, Knocking, Proofing, Scoring and Baking.
