WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Nutella Tarts.
- Individual making the cookies dough and cake batter.
- Understanding how to handle the store-bought Nutella, how to select and whip up whipping cream.
- Shaping of the cookie mould, and piping of Nutella on it.
- Baking of cakes and basic decoration on the cakes.
- Bring home the baked Nutella Cookies and Hokkaido Cakes made in class.
COURSE FEE

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
