Double Fromage: Fromage in French referring to “cheese”.  With Double Fromage, the cake will have 2 different layers of cheese in a cake.

 

This Double Formage Cheesecake consists of a layer of baked cheesecake and a layer of no-bake cheesecake,  with a base of vanilla sponge cake sheet and top with crumbly cake.  A cake suitable for any occasions and special occasion.  Suitable to eat at any time of the day, with light, airy and comfortable texture.

Eating chill make the cake suitable for our topical country.

 

Duration: Approx 4 hours


WHAT YOU LEARN

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a Sponge cake, baked creamy Cheese cake and a refreshing Coldset non-bake Cheese cake.  Hands-on making 3 different recipe in the 4 hours class and know how to modify the recipe to make different Double Formage.

Remarks: Please bring the cake home as soon as possible after class, and chill in the fridge.
