WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a Pandan Cake with added Asian Fusion of Gula Melaka and Coconut. Final touch with basic cake decoration.
- Make a Pandan Sponge Cake
- Cooking and Whisking Gula Melaka Frosting
- Assembly of cake and basic cake decoration
- Bring home the decorated cake made in class

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
