Glutinous Rice Dumplings (chang), zongzi, 粽子
Glutinous Rice Dumplings is a must to eat during Dragon Boat Festival. There are many types, and commonly consumers prefer to have Nonya Chang or Kee Chang.
This class will be making Nonya Chicken Chang and Yellow Alkaline Kee Chang.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Rice Dumplings. 100% hand-made. Small Class Size.
- Prepare all the fillings for the Glutinous Rice Dumplings.
- Cook the fillings and let it cool.
- Understand the proper way to wash the Bamboo Leaves.
- See demonstration and your own hands-on wrapping both rice dumplings in class.
- Know how to cook your dumplings made in class from your home kitchen.
- Bring home your hand-made Nonya Chicken Dumplings and Kee (Alkaline water) Dumplings home to boil.
COURSE FEE
- $150 per participant.
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants).
