Suitable for beginners, Cakes Baking Foundation course is to build up your knowledge, skills and technique in making various type of cakes, understanding the theory and ingredients used in cake making process.  Modify your own cake recipe instead of relying on recipe.  In the 4 sessions Cake Baking Foundation Course, you will be making Chiffon cakes, Fresh Cream Cake, Airy Butter Cake, and Fruity Swiss Roll.  Bring home the cakes made by you in class and share with family and friends.
