Moist Chocolate Brownie & Macaron Making

Duration: Approx 3 hours

WHAT YOU LEARN

Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a rich Brownie and Macaron.

• Prepare the Rich Brownie batter (no premix) and bake
• Prepare Swiss method Macaron, pipe and bake
• Decorate the Brownie with Macaron and other provided ingredients
• Bring home the Decorated Brownie and Macaron home to share with partner, friend, family.

COURSE FEE

• $150 per couple / per pair / per pax
• Individual station (for those registered as individual) OR pair station (for those registered as couple/pair).  No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
• Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
• You can request for your preferred date and time with minimum 2 paid participants if our published schedule does not meet your requirement.

• $200 per participant
• 1-to-1 coaching
• Choose your own date and time, to be complete within 30 days

• 13th February | Wednesday | 2pm to 5pm
• 14th February | Thursday | 10am to 1pm
• 14th February | Thursday | 2.30pm to 5.30pm
