Kueh Ubi Kayu & Kueh Bingka Ubi Kayu
Tapioca Cake called Ubi Kayu , a traditional Malay/ Nyonya kuih which is semi-soft, chewy and fragrant. Using Tapioca, it has an inviting aroma combination from the pandan leaves, eggs and coconut milk.
In this class, make both traditional Asian Snack – Nonya Steam Tapioca Cake (Kueh Ubi Kayu) and Bake Tapioca Cake (Kueh Bingka Ubi Kayu) – a super nice snack for your family.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Kueh Ubi Kayu & Kueh Bingka Ubi Kayu.
- Prepare the main ingredient from Tapioca plant. Wash, peel, grate and cook Tapioca to get ready to make Kueh.
- Mixing with flour, knead two types of Tapioca Cake – one for steam Kueh ubi Kayu, one for bake Kueh Bingka Ubi Kayu.
- After Steam and Bake, bring home both kuehs and share with family and friends.
