Teochew Peng Kueh. Peach-shaped steamed glutinous rice cakes, Chinese pastry with soft sticky glutinous rice flour skin wrapped over a filling of glutinous rice, peanuts, mushrooms, and shallots

- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
