Hot Cross Bun – a kind of spiced bun usually made with fruit, marked with a cross on the top and has been traditionally eaten on Good Friday.
On a lazy coming afternoon, come together with a friend to hand-Knead these Hot Cross Bun. Learn the right technique to knead, understanding fermentation (resting and proofing). Knead, Bake and bring home the bun made by yourself in class.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making buns.
- Learn how to make the Bread dough using Straight Dough Method.
- Knead your own breads, Ferment, Shape and Bake.
- Understanding the concept of Resting, Knocking, Shaping, Proofing, and Baking.
- Bring home the breads made in class.
