WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making a pastry crust and unique egg filling specially for the famous Macau Egg Tarts.
- Make your own pastry crust for the shells of the Portuguese egg tart.
- Knead and Shape the crust and bake
- Prepare and Cook the unique Portuguese egg tarts fillings
- Assembly of the crust shells with the fillings
- Bring home the Macau Portuguese Egg Tarts made in class.
