WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making Swiss Meringue Buttercream, basic piping flower technique on a butter cake.
- Prepare ingredients of the Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- After trainer demonstration, whip up your own Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- Decorate the given cake using the Swiss Meringue Buttercream
- Bring home the Decorated Cakes home to share with family and friends.
