Pastries Baking Foundation Course, 3 sessions
- Individual hands-on to ensure you understand all the procedures.
- Small Class Size, kept at maximum 8 pax.
- No washing of tools and equipment during and after class. No wastage of time – duration fully occupied with baking & learning.
- Include recipe, ingredients, apron and packaging. Bring your own pen to write down more notes if required.
- No Assessment required after the course.
- Not under SkillsFuture Credits scheme.

WHAT YOU LEARN

Learn and have fun attending our 3 sessions Pastries Baking Foundation class. After knowing the skills and methods in making CHOUX, PUFF and DANISH pastry, you can always modify the snack yourself according to your family likes. And more importantly, make it to a healthier version for your family.
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learning the skills and technique in our 3 sessions Pastries Baking Foundation Course.
- Session 1: Choux Pastry. Cream Puff Profiteroles and Chocolate eClairs, 4 hours
- Session 2: Puff Pastry. Chicken Pie and Apple Strudel, 6 hours
- Session 3: Danish. Danish Pastry and Croissant, 6 hours

- $480 per participant
- Individual station. No sharing with other participants. 100% Hands-on.
- Small Class Size (2 to 8 participants)
