Mille Crepes Cake (5 hours)
Mille Crepes are a French cake made of many crêpe layers. The word mille means “a thousand,” implying the many layers of crêpe. It is a Japanese dessert made from stacks of ultra thin pancakes layered with deliciously sweet fillings like cream and fruits.

WHAT YOU LEARN
Understanding the theory, ingredients and learn the skills and technique in making the batter and pan fry them to thin layer of crepes. Accompany with fresh cream or/and fruits, chill it and enjoy the soft and refreshing mille crepes cake.
- Prepare and understand the ingredients to make the batter and ability to provide a soft crepes.
- Get to learn the technique of providing thin layers of crepes.
- Prepare the frosting of your preference choice (Fresh cream with berries, Durian, Matcha, Chocolate salted caramel)
- Bring home the mille crepes cake, chill in the fridge before consumption.
Remarks: Please bring the cake home as soon as possible after class, and chill in the fridge.
